We butcher a select number of our high plains beef cattle every year. We have an assortment of steaks, roasts, stew meat, breakfast sausage, organ meats, beef bones, and hamburger avaliable in the ranch store. Our shelf-stable beef jerky and beef sticks can be shipped nationwide. We also hand-deliver bulk beef orders, and have whole, half, and quarter beeves available for custom processing. Our beef DOES contain a large variety of organic grasses and forage, free-choice organic minerals, as well as nfresh water and direct sunlight daily. Our beef DOES NOT contain pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, grains, any crop residue soaked with pre-emergents, chemical fertilizers, glyphosate or other herbicides.
Grass-fed: 5 times the Omega 3 fatty acids vs CAFO (Confined Animal Feed Operation) beef.
CAFO beef is what is supplied to you in local grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food chains.
Grass-fed: 2 to 1 inflammatory Omega 6 vs CAFO 20 to 1 ratio.
Grass-fed: 2 to 4 more times Vitamin A & E than CAFO.
Grass-fed: 2 to 3 times more CLA-Conjugated Linoleic Acid (essential fatty acid, antioxidant , and cancer fighting properties) than CAFO beef.
Grass-fed: across the board has greater vitamin, mineral, and trace minerals vs CAFO beef.
